Spruce Power (Solar) Reviews

When we were with NRG, we received a rebate when we produced more power than we used. Since Spruce took over, about 6 years ago, we have gotten NOTHING. So all that money is going into THEIR pockets. I am so angry!!!

I'm not sure if everybody in this group is aware of this news release from a couple of weeks ago by the Connecticut Attorney General. I have contacted my own Office of the Attorney General in New York and haven't heard a peep (yet). I was wondering if we should start a class action lawsuit against Spruce including nationwide media attention on this fraudulent scam of a company. #empty promises #poorcustomerservice #fraud #thieves @SpruceSolarPower

Attorney General Tong Announces New Developments to Hold Solar Industry Accountable

I started with NRG and they sold to Spruce. I’m on the same page as everyone else in terms of nothing worikong, no-one answers, etc I don’t believe that the panels are all working as the monitoring the electric company says I’ve used more energy tha produced. The spruce app monitor is limited in its detail. How are all of you determining if panels are dark? Not working etc?

I’m two years out “waiting for a technician.”
